Pricing questions

What does per person mean?

You pay once for each person you check. Checking 250 people with Verify costs $250.

How do I pay?

You choose at checkout: as you go each month, prepaid, or a long-term agreement.

Can I buy more than one product?

Yes. Each product is bought on its own or together. Set a number on each card and the total adds them up.

Can I add it to my checkout?

Yes. Paste your Identity Entry address into Shopify, Stripe, Square or PayPal, or add the Verify with Identity Entry button to your own site. Or add one line of Identity Entry Checkout to your checkout page, and the Pay button waits until the buyer passes. Each buyer who verifies at checkout is one $1 Verify.

How is Access priced?

Access is $2 for each person on your entry list. It covers the identity check when they buy and the face match at the door, whether they are scanned or not. A company that expects 1,500 people buys 1,500 entries for $3,000.

What is Shield?

Shield is $100 a month per business. It keeps chargeback evidence from every completed Identity Entry verification, linked to the transaction, so you can retrieve it the moment a purchase is disputed. A verification proves what was checked; it does not prove card ownership or guarantee a chargeback outcome.
